A Word From the Client

A large nonprofit repositions itself through a brand attractive to both government clients and people with disabilities and their families
After years of operation and tradition, Didlake found that it wanted to reposition itself further into the government and corporate sectors. This organization holds a unique business model in that they provide services to large companies and government agencies, but also are able to holistically address the needs of those they serve—people with disabilities and their families—all at the same time. After we met to discuss in-depth their new direction and how they wished to be seen by both their current and new audiences, Basis created an extensive branding brief to outline positioning opportunities and recommendations. From this, the creative team embarked on developing a set of conceptual approaches to a brand, including a new logo to address the new corporate and federal sectors, yet also provide inspiration for the people with disabilities they serve. Currently, the web site is in development.
